The Musical Menagerie Radio Show Returns!

Hi all!  It's been a long time, but I am pleased to announce that I will be doing my radio program, "The Musical Menagerie" once again! It will air Wednesdays 12:00PM - 1:00PM PST on kxsc, and will keep the same format as my blog mixes; including all genres and music from various decades. I will post every playlist to this blog as well as my last.fm group page.  If you like what you hear, let me know! I'll also be giving away tickets to shows in the L.A. area.

I still plan on doing downloadable mixes as well.  The next one is almost done...

It's been a while, but I hope I have made up for the lack of posts with this extra special mix. No Halloween theme, but a lot of new music I'm very excited about, in fact I think all of it may be from this past year (don't quote me on it though).  There's stuff from the Drive soundtrack, two tracks from Still Corners, and something new from The Soft Moon.  Hope you like it.

Purity Ring - Ungirthed

I realized almost immediately after I posted this month's mix I had put the wrong Purity Ring song in it.  Not to say that I don't love "Lofticries," but I felt obligated to post this song as well because it's so damn catchy and I can't stop listening to it.  Hope you like it too.
